Bright garnet red colour, raspberry and red forest fruits mingles with mocha and spices. On the palate, there is a sensation of red fruits with pleasing tannins and good structure. The wine finishes with lovely spice and a touch of vanilla and some toast notes with a long finish.
The grapes were handpicked, de-stemmed and after a gentle crush, they were transferred to the tank. 28 days maceration took place and that was followed by 18 months ageing in French oak barrels.
