Dark pink colour. On the nose, Elaia has fresh red fruits, strawberry, raspberry, cotton candy, subtle mint and herbal notes. The good balance of the acidity with its charming aromas turns this wine into a serious rosé. It has a rich texture across the palate leads to a delightfully long finish.
The grapes were handpicked, destemmed and after a gentle crush, they were transferred to the tank. It was then pressed gently after 4 hours of skin contact time. After pressing, fermentation took place in stainless steel tank for 20 days and it did not pass through malolactic fermentation. It was kept on its fine lees and stirred once a week for five months.
