Tasting Note

The wine, a vivid and brilliant, golden straw colour, has a lively nose of white blossom, refined and elegant Sauvignon notes. Round, fresh on the palate.
The ample and expressive finish, typical of rich and powerful vintage, nevertheless retains all its elegance and refinement.

Vinification

The grapes were hand harvested, crushed and chilled. The juice was fermented at 12-14°C. Wine remained on its less in a stainless steel tank for 6 months before bottling.
