Tasting Note

Light pale salmon colour. On the nose, it is lively, rich candy notes and red fruits. The good balance of the acidity with its charming aromas turns this wine into a serious rosé. It has a rich texture across the palate leads to a delightfully long finish.

Vinification

The grapes were hand harvested in small chests. After gentle crushing, the cold pressing took place after four hours maceration in press.The juice fermentation took place at 17°C.
