La Rovere 2013
Bright, medium ruby in colour. On the nose, the wine has fresh vibrants aromas of red plum, strawberry and blueberries.This full bodied Barbera d’Asti has a touch of white peach, red cherry and an elegant finish on the palate.
The grapes were hand harvested in small chests between 1st and 15th October. After soft crushing with a roller destemer crusher and skin contact of 30 to 60 days the wine remained in cement tank for 9 months. La Rovere was aged in bottle for 1 year before releasing.
