Tasting Note

Ruby colour reveals bright and fresh raspberries and cherries with sweet spices. The palate shows soft and lush flavours with persistent red and blueberry characters supported by a fine tannin structure. The finish displays lovely length and a harmonious fruit and oak balance.

Vinification

The grapes were handpicked, de-stemmed and after a gentle crush, they were transferred to the tank. It went through 28 days maceration and was aged 12 months in French oak barrels.
