Tasting Note

Beautiful light golden colour. The exotic floral notes of Muscat are in harmony with rose blossom and pineapple. Remarkably well balanced on the palate, dominated by its citrusy character which is nicely lifted by the acidity. Long and aromatic finish.

Vinification

The grapes were handpicked at night with small boxes of 10 kg. After hand press, the juice was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to retain the purity of aromas. The wine has also undergone malolactic fermentation. The wine had at least 4 months of bottle maturation before being released.
